HTSM will, at its discretion, allow for the dissatisfactory services within 60 days from the date of order of service. For recurring billing service, return for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final.
After the first 60 days have elapsed, a refund request will normally not be accepted unless there are convincing reasons justifying a refund.
If the order is cancelled by the customer one day before the service delivery date, the customer is entitled to get a full refund. If there is any complain regarding the quality of service being given, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or server will reproduce.
